Illegals turn Childress Kia into a Drive-thru

A Mexican national, Margarita Sanchez, collided with a vehicle owned by Rodolfo Fregoso Ortiz on Pierson Street in Phoenix, then lost control and drove through a car dealership brick wall. Both the collision victim and driver who crashed though the south brick wall at Childress Kia had no license, no insurance, required english translator, but did have a Mexican ID. Two customer vehicles were damaged. Only one vehicle was impounded for 30 days, no arrests were made nor was ICE or MCSO contacted due to Phoenix PD sanctuary policy 1.4.3. The dealership gets to pay the tab for damages. Opinion. Audio. Article.

Childress should sue the city of Phoenix,The Mexican loving Mayor and the Cowardly Chief of Police. They are the direct cause of this accident. He would win in federal court no doubt.

Unbelievable! If this doesn’t turn Phoenix into a law and order town, I don’t know what will. Sanctuary cities are, along with Bush’s refusal to seal off the Border, the biggest impediment to ridding our country of illegal aliens.

Most of you will have local elections on Tuesday.
Turnout for these “off-year elections” is almost always incredibly low.
Just a little extra effort by one type of interest can really sway these elections.

Because of your pressures on local and state leaders, you are much more likely to know the immigration positions of candidates. Will they move your state, county, city or town toward sanctuary protections of illegal aliens? Or will they move toward more enforcement to make your areas inhospitable for illegal aliens?

If an American driver did that he would have been arrested on site. Booked for driving without a license or insurance, reckless driving, while causing a accident with damage, been held civilly responsible for ALL damages including the dealership made to pay for the other drivers medical as well as car repair. This illegal scumbag just walks..What in the hell is going on! If I ever get a ticket in AZ im going to show this to the judge and refuse to pay on the grounds of selective inforcment!!!!

Why does this story seem suspect?

I agree with all the comments posted so far. This is a direct result of your local politicians catering to the illegal alien lobby. MALDEF, LARAZA etc..
It is pathetic. If all of you would just show up and vote at the polls we could turn things around. The numbers speak for themselves regarding the low voter turnout for elections that affect your quality of life here in Phoenix.
If you don’t throw these braindead idiots out of office than this is what you are stuck with. “Filmstrip Phil” as the Mayor of Phoenix and all his “do-gooder” city council members totally cater to the illegal alien pressure groups. If you are upset about these issues than you need to spread the word and also vote!!! Bitching about these issues and then not voting is what has placed us in this exact position we are in.
The majority will not exercise their constitutional right to vote these scumbags out of office. I do not like these politicians anymore than the next citizen but not voting against these fools is what places us in this exact position of turning on the evening news and the first 15 minutes is devoted to all the heinous crimes committed across the valley by folks who remarkably have Spanish hyphenated surnames.
When I was a Phoenix officer I used to disregard the operations orders and mandates against contacting ICE/INS. I purposely contacted the former INS and placed a “hold” onto the illegal immigrant who had commited a crime once I apprehended him and booked him into jail at 225 W. Madison street at the county jail. I made damn sure that these illegal alien criminals were DEPORTED back to Mexico where they belong.
This was not well received by police management and I was disciplined for doing my “job” and complying with our federal and state laws regarding the deporting of illegal criminal aliens. I continued to do it everytime I booked one of these clowns into jail. I feel it is what the citizens of Phoenix expected of me and I was commited to doing it.
Marc Spencer, the new Phoenix police union president, (PLEA), did a press conference several weeks ago about this topic and outlined the frustration of the rank and file officers on the streets who are hampered from doing their jobs as regards illegal aliens with the current police policy that restricts officers from taking action.
Intersesting how this topic “magically” disappeared from the local media coverage.
Hound your local politicians if you want change and remember one thing……they are counting on the fact that they are wearing you down so you become apathetic and don’t take action. You hold the purse strings. These fools can’t operate without your consent because you continue to vote them into office and not hold them accountable to the citizens of Phoenix. They work for YOU!!!! They are public servants. Remind the Mayor and police chief of that!!!!
Another interesting topic worth mentioning is according to all the local polls that have been done over the last 3 years regarding all aspects of the immigration issue, most people,( 75% in some cases), overwhelmingly support cracking down on illegals and denying benefits like free medical care (ACCESS), for illegals, in state tuition for illegals at public universities and the list goes on with all the free handouts paid for by your tax dollars.
If all the polls are correct, than why do you re-elect incompetent politicians to continue fucking you and not representing your interests??????
Napolitano re-elected……Phil Gordon re-elected??????? Both of these worthless sell outs support illegal aliens over American citizens at all costs.
Nappy wanted to give the illegals drivers licenses several years back until the people spoke out against it with much anger. Phil Gordon and the Phoenix city council members allowed your hard earned tax dollars to be spent building a “day labor” center here in Phoenix which directly violates many federal laws and caters to the illegals.
I could go on and on but things won’t change until you get active and quite bitching on the websites and take action locally. Obviously this is not happening. How else could these dumbasses get re-elected???

If you really want to know what is going on I suggest you get “State of Emergency: The Third World Invasion and Conquest of America” by Pat Buchanan. I just finished reading it and was floored by what it says about why this is happening.

Can the sheriff now file some complaints for NOT being notified and therefore being precluded from protecting his citizens? Like, can the SHERIFF file charges against the dealership for aiding and abetting these Mexicans?

My Phoenix friend sent this to me. I live in South Florida where we have the same problems, but we have Puerto Rican, Mexican, Haitiian, and Cuban illegals coming at us from all angles. As a volunteer at a local hospital, I can tell you that they are badly impacting the level and quality of service health care personnel are able to provide to legal American citizens. My hospital closed down its maternity wing last year because so many illegal women were having babies - free of charge - and most of the women required additional care because of obesity, high blood pressure, etc.
On a weekly basis we have illegals who are unlicensed and uninsured crashing into everything from police (they’ve killed several) to shopping malls to schools when the illegal women pick up their kids and grandkids. And we have government at all levels who turns a blind eye to all of this.
On a final note, since Florida’s construction boom is over, many of the illegals are out of work. Hence robberies, particularly those of fast food chains and gas stations, are up 100%. And, in closing, three policement were murdered in Miami in the past three weeks. They’ve only caught one of the murderers.
