MINUTEMEN, PATRIOTS & BIKERS to Counter Economic Terrorism

actionalert-6.gifDATE: Saturday December 8th
TIME: 7:30AM
LOCATION: Parking Lot behind Taco Bell on Cave Creek Rd and Cactus Rd. This location is just off of Cave Creek Rd North of Cactus. From this area we will depart at 7:45 AM to an undisclosed location for ‘activities’. Please bring a digital camera and/or video recorder. You will not want to miss this event. Many Bikers are needed to make this event ‘memorable’. ALL AVAILABLE PROTESTERS ARE NEEDED FOR THIS EVENT.
CONTACT: AzCactus@aol.com or BuffaloRick@mac.com
WHY: New York Times story.

photo_servlet1.jpegReza is calling for a boycott of an American citizens company for using his right to protect his own property by hiring off duty police officers. Reza says the protests will continue until Sheriff Joe also stops arresting and deporting Illegal Aliens, and Pruitts stops defending itself. The Minutemen are there to ensure anyone that wants to shop at Pruitts and the surrounding businesses; are safe to do so. If your Phoenix Government wont protect local businesses, the Minutemen and its proud members will. We are not there to negotiate, we are there to seek enforcement of the law, and stand down these calls of anti-American Socialists Day Labor supporters.

This is a blatant exercise of economic terrorism. This is designed to punish a legitimate businessman for exercising his right to free speech; seeking redress of grievance; and demanding that the law be enforced. This is just as important a battleground as the border.

We are under attack by marxists-guerillas sponsored by the Mexico government. This is an invasion by a foreign enemy.

When a State is invaded, the Governor has a duty to declare War. See US Constitution, Article I, section 10[3]

No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.

Const. Art, I, Sec. 10[3] would authorize a state’s engaging in war if “actually invaded”. Have the border states been “actually invaded”? Certainly commentators have characterized the Mexican government’s aiding, abetting and encouraging illegal immigration as an invasion. But the Consitution’s language contemplates hostile, military action. Well over 100[some say over 200] documented instances exist of Mexican military entering the several states without permission and while armed with atuomatic weapons. One recent incident involved a confrontation with US border officers who were forced to withdraw when confronted by superior Mexican military firepower. The Mexican government claims these are rogue soldiers, not operating under its orders, which may be so. But if the persons are in military organization, have Mexican uniforms, Mexican weapons and equipment, enter the US from Mexico and engage in hostile, violent acts against a state’s residents, the state deoes not have to accept the explanation and can justifiably act on what to a reasonable observer appears to be an armed Mexican military unit within its territory.
The final phrase “as will not admit of delay” should not apply to an actual invasion, given that it is part of an alternative ground for state action, separated by a comma from the actual invasion. The phrase speaks of “imminent Danger” which could be read as any imminent danger, not just invasion, though the more likely interpretation would be imminent danger of invasion.
