Judge Blocks Town’s Law On Day Laborers
A federal judge on Monday issued a temporary order blocking the town of Cave Creek from enforcing a law aimed at stopping day laborers from gathering on
streets to look for work. In her ruling, U.S. District Judge Roslyn Silver found that the ordinance is an unconstitutional restriction of free speech, and that the possibility of irreparable harm exists. “Plaintiffs, as day laborers, face not only the loss of First Amendment freedoms, but also the loss of employment opportunities necessary to support themselves and their families,” Silver wrote in the ruling. The decision prohibits the Town Marshall and the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, which provides police protection for Cave Creek, from enforcing the ordinance until a lawsuit filed in March is settled. Hmm… I just posted the same story on the forum!!!
What about the fact that LOITERING, WORKING WITHOUT PAYING TAXES, and HIRING PEOPLE WITHOUT DOCUMENTING/INSURING THEM are all already illegal–regardless of the resident status of the worker.
This is pure lunacy.

Does this leave cleaning up CC to citizens? We did it before, we can do it again.
Perhaps U.S. District Judge Roslyn Silver will be lucky enough to be hit by an illegal alien drunk driver. Possibly lose a family member to an illegal alien breaking our laws.
Nothing is to “good” for this traitorous judge. Remember her name when it comes time to mark an X.
