Rep. Nathan Deal (R-GA) reintroduced his Birthright Citizenship bill that would eliminate automatic citizenship for children born in the United States. The Birthright Citizenship Act of 2009 (H.R.1868) would amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to make it more difficult for children born in the U.S. to gain citizenship, must have at least one parent who is:
- - a U.S. citizen or national;
- - a lawful permanent resident alien whose residence is in the United States; or
- - an alien performing active service in the U.S. Armed Forces.

ONE I CANT SEE AN ILLEGAL BEING IN THE ARMED SERVICES ? UNDER ANY MEANS WHAT KIND OF SECURITY FOR AMERICA IS THAT? And what would be the chances of having the citizenship already granted to these illegal aliens children REVOKED? I don’t believe they should have had that citizenship in the first place. Giving these illegal aliens citizenship has to be the biggest hoax ever played on the American people.
This illegal immigration has caused more problems than anyone could have ever imagined. This invasion has to end, and it will not end with AMNESTY. These aliens must be made to go back to their home country where they belong. They don’t belong here.

Iam in favor of the Nathan Neal amendment to the Nationality Act to bar children of illegal aliens to automatically become U.S. Citizens.

NO, NO, NO on the Dream Act. It is just another tax payer rip off and a sneeky amnesty trick.
YES, YES, YES on amending Amendment 14, Sec. 1 of our Constitution to eliminate the automatic
citizen ship of babies born to Illegal Aliens! AND do it now, before we lose our country.
